This Privacy Policy applies to the BTCC XAU application, the BTCC XAU marketing website, and communications sent to our support or privacy addresses. “BTCC XAU,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of these services.

BTCC XAU is a planning and record-keeping workspace. It is not a broker, does not place trades, and does not require access to a brokerage account.

You may enter information such as holdings, market context, scenarios, exposure preferences, guardrails, confidence levels, notes, and future review dates. This information is stored on your device in local app storage.

We do not receive this local workspace information through ordinary app use. Removing the app or clearing its storage may permanently erase it. Device backups, if enabled through your operating system, are controlled by you and the relevant platform provider.

The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider may process standard request data—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs—to deliver and protect the site.

Some pages display photographs delivered by Unsplash. When your browser requests those photographs, Unsplash may receive standard request information under its own privacy practices. The Privacy page does not load an external photograph.

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message, and any attachment you add in your email application. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, maintain security, and keep an appropriate record of the request.

The contact form on this website prepares a message in your email application. The website does not upload the form contents or attachment to a BTCC XAU server before your email provider sends it.

Local storage reduces the amount of personal financial context transmitted to us, but security also depends on your device. Use a device passcode, install operating-system updates, and control physical access to your device.

• Local app records remain subject to the security and backup settings of your device.
• No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, clear app storage, or remove the app, subject to any device backup you control. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose support or technical information to service providers that help operate communications or hosting, when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

You control the information you enter in the app and can edit or remove it using app and device controls. Because we do not ordinarily receive local workspace data, we generally cannot retrieve or delete that data for you.

BTCC XAU is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the product, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate in-app or website notice.
